By placing an order with Fruity Stacks, you agree to the following terms and conditions:

1. Order Requirements

• All products must be ordered at least 24 hours in advance.
• Same-day orders are not guaranteed and may not be accepted depending on preparation time and availability.

2. Payments & Refunds

• All orders require full payment at checkout.
• No refunds will be issued once an order has been placed.
• Due to the perishable and handcrafted nature of our products, cancellations or changes cannot be accommodated after payment is received.

3. Delivery & Pickup

• Customers are responsible for providing an accurate delivery address and ensuring someone is available to receive the order.
• Failed deliveries (no answer, incorrect address, no safe drop option) will not be refunded.
• Delivery times are scheduled within a timeframe, but slight delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or seasonal volume.

4. Product Quality & Freshness

• All products are made fresh on the day of your scheduled order.
• Variations in fruit colour, size, and availability may occur due to seasonal changes.
• Fruity Stacks reserves the right to substitute fruit of equal or greater quality when necessary.

5. Allergies & Food Safety

• Our products contain fresh fruit and may come into contact with other food items during preparation.
• It is the customer’s responsibility to review ingredients and disclose any allergies.
• Fruity Stacks is not liable for allergic reactions. 

6. Photography & Marketing Use

• Fruity Stacks may photograph products for marketing purposes.
• Customer images of Fruity Stacks products tagged or sent to us may be used on our social platforms unless requested otherwise.

7. Policy Updates

Fruity Stacks reserves the right to update these terms at any time without prior notice.
